I was pleased with the professionalism and knowledge of the technician that responded. When he described a blackish substance in my drainpan (likely mold) he recommended this great little pouch that simply attached to the pan that would control/kill the mold. That little pouch (and I had to trust his judgement) was $52. The service was excellent. The cost of that simple product was far from it.
