I was referred by a friend. When I called, office staff was extremely helpful. Then Rick went to the house and trying his best to replace the furance as quick as possible. Once he realize the pipe has to be replaced, he sent a person right away to fix it, the proceed the replacing the rest. Just like the name suggests, you guys are really fast and wonderful!
