Of the three contractors that I invited to submit bids for installing a heat-pump / AC system, they were the only ones who did a thorough evaluation of my needs and and submitted a bid in a timely fashion. The installation went smoothly and performed as expected. I have called them twice to schedule routine maintenance and repairs. A friendly and competent receptionist answers their phone, the technicians arrive when scheduled, and do a professional job.
