A bit resistant to self-diagnosis of problems, and a bit prone (although less than any other service provider) to suggestions of service that are unnecessary to the alleviation of a specific problem. While a "shotgun" approach can cure a car's ailments, I prefer to isolate the problem, then proceed with maintenance.....and I am more for maintenance than any of their customers. On the other hand, Leonardi Automotive is the most likely to find a problem, and repair it for the least amount. And, they will, often do little extra things, such as top off brake fluid or anti-freeze, or do a quick head lamp alignment on your care for no charge.

They also have a great referral program, whereby, if one refers a new customer for an oil and lube, the referring individual gets a free oil and lube as well (everybody wins). AAA members get a 10% off parts, and every 10th oil change is free.

A great bunch of guys who "listen" to what you say.

I remain a loyal customer as they are the least of all evils, so to speak.....and they are pleasant to deal with.
