I have been going to H. Heave for 15 years or more. Steve bought the company from the people I used to go to and he has kept up the same high level of quality, responsiveness, and service. Over time, when there have been some issues that could possibly be covered by the warranty, they have encouraged me to use the dealer. They have saved us money in that regard and that demonstrates a high level of integrity in terms of customer service.

In terms of cost competitiveness, I have not really done any kind of comparison, but I have not been inclined to because I am very happy with what they have done. When I need a loner car, they have always been able to provide me a loner car. And they have internet Wi-Fi, so I can do work while I am waiting for my car. And, they are always done when they say they are going to be done.
