I have recommended at least seven clients of mine to Hans Auto Repair. I have found them to be accessible in terms of being able to answer my questions or to explain things to me. They are very knowledgeable in their responses to me. They are responsible in terms of getting back to me by the end of the day with an answer to my question or to let me know they're still working on it. Everyone there is very friendly.

They are a green company, which is very important to me in terms of the way they deal with their recyclables. They are very customer service oriented, just how I think a good company should be.
