I have been a customer of Hans Auto pretty much since they opened, and I was recommended to Hans by a friend who used them for a long time before that. I am a private enterprise solution guy and I am also concerned with social justice, so I like to see good people find solutions to problems and I like to see everyone win. I especially appreciate people who have an incentive to do good work at a fair price; not necessarily the cheapest or least expensive because that is not usually the answer to anything. From the beginning, I knew Hans Auto Repair would do well because Tracy and Mike have those qualities that make the difference in terms of success and value.

Volvo owners tend to have certain characteristics. I think they are usually people who are willing to pay for a good product and they will keep and maintain their cars for a long time. And I think for that reason Hans Auto Repair have some excellent clientele. By the same token, their is probably a certain segment of their clientele who may expect too much. Volvo owners tend to keep their cars as long as possible but there comes a point when it is more cost effective to just get a new car. So, I think the people at Hans are a good match for their product and clientele. Their skills compliment the product they are working with.
