FAME was very helpful on short notice w/a quick turnaround. Very knowledgeable with Audi's, BMW's & Benz's, but w/o the attitude or prices of the dealership. I'd definitely recommend checking them out vs. a dealer for your "routine" major services (BMW Inspection I & II, MB Service A, B, etc.)
