I had my roof inspected by dynasty, because we had a storm and some of our neighbors around me reported damage, so dynasty came by and told me I had damage too. My insurance company was called and they came out when dynasty was there and my insurance adjuster could not find roof damage. Dynasty suggested meeting with an insurance adjuster and suing my insurance company. We did file law suit and when insurance adjuster was out he noticed my flooring and we had a flood in the house that had not been completely cover by insurance, so they suggested adding flooring claim and roof claim. Lawyer sent a roof inspector out to look at damage of my roof someone they use as third party and found no damage and laywer said we would not win this in court and would have to settle. Anyway I received money and attorney and adjuster got most of the money leaving only $9200 to cover roof and flooring now Dynasty has sent letter demanding 20% of the $9200 half of which I got to cover my floor damage. I guess Dynasty thinks they are a flooring company too. Now I have received a letter 3/21/2000 and have 10 days to pay or get sued or a lein placed and how can I fight this when everything is closed down due to corona virus plus I work in hospital and have been exposed to virus which is 14 day isolation. Would you like to come over and do a face to face with n95 mask. Why are you trying to take money from flooring lawsuit that has nothing to do with you or roof company? Dont use this company they will try to squeeze for every dime. Ive even called and told them I could not do the roof because did not get much money and they still want money. I think I will call channel 8 on your side or channel 13, especially since they are do this when they know eerything is on lockdown and isolation. Why take my flooring money that was received to fix my moldy rotten floors? I will need a roof in the future because it does not last forever and I think they said there was damage when it was not true just to get money so in future I will take my business elsewhere and you need to stay away from these crooks.
