Sirianni Automotive saved me a $900 charge from another shop. I had my car in a different shop, and they were saying I needed a new alternator. They were trying to use the hard pressure tactics, saying that they already had my car apart, and that I had to use their service. They were trying to charge me for putting the car back together and saying that if I couldn't pay we could go through financing. I told them no and made them put the car back together so that I could get a second opinion.

I took it to Sirianni Automotive and found out that it was really just a battery problem, and my battery was still under warranty. I ended up paying about $30. They weren't going to charge me at all, but I wanted to pay for some labor at least since they had taken the time to figure out what was really going on.

I have also used Sirianni for other services as well. It really is a mom and pop store. They value the relationships with their customers and it shows in how they treat you. If I need a ride, they are good enough to give me a ride too.

They are conservative in the approach to how they repair your car. If the vehicle doesn't really need a repair they are not going to do it unless the customer really wants it done. A lot of shops will do it even if it is not totally necessary. Sirianni puts the decision in the hands of the customer.

They also don't use scare tactics. Especially if you are not mechanically inclined, scare tactics, like being told you will break down on the side of the road soon, can be intimidating. I like the non-pressure atmosphere at Sirianni.

They really care about their customers. As Louie says, he wants to be able to be approached by a customer in a restaurant as a friend instead of having to look the other way. It is hard to find an honest mechanic like Louie who will do it right and not take you for a ride.
