I went in for an over all inspection because I wasn't sure what was up with my car. When I got there they had my paperwork already laying out and the man at the front desk, Dave, was extremely polite and pleasant. Within an hour or two of dropping off my car they had already done the full examine and called to tell me the price. The prices weren't bad at all (got my transmission fluid flushed, a tail light replaced, my rear brakes realigned and cleaned, and a full inspection of my car for a little less then 300$) plus the offer Prime card discount, awesome! Anyways, Dave called and told me they'd have my car done at 1:30. Seeing that I worked at 1:30 in sammamish I asked if there was any way it could be done by 1:00 and without any kind of annoyance he asked his mechanic and said of course they could. Over all an awesome experience for a younger woman who doesn't know much about cars and needs a mechanic to trust. I'll be back for sure.
