Their customer service was superior...better than even expected. The follow-thru is fantastic. They even provide you with a map of their wiring jobs so you know where it's located in case you need that info in the future. We found this company to be extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy in the products & services they offer. A good / honest supplier! This was our second install from them, and they are our "go-to" vendor for surround sound, audio / visual products & installs. Always impressed!
