There were no negative aspects of our relations with Surreal Systems. Everything was as they stated it would be, and they were very professional. Everything was also done in a timely manner.

It was our first time using Surreal Systems, and they replaced all our TVs in our home in Laguna Beach and added additional equipment. They added Blu-ray and coordinated with Direct TV for all the hookups. There was a substantial amount of rewiring. I would highly recommend them.

I dealt with another company in the past, and follow through was a problem. That has not been the case with Surreal Systems. Ever since the installation they have been very responsive to any issues or questions we have.

We currently have a glitch associated with Direct TV, and a representative from Surreal, Steve, will be meeting with them on Friday to talk about it. He will also look at one other little issue we were having with a signal as well. Everything else has been great. They are very professional, and I would highly recommend them.
