My experiences with Surreal Systems has been excellent. I had another installer who came in and set a lot of expectations and then ended up being almost the opposite. Matt, from Surreal Systems, had to come in and fix a bunch of things. He did not over promise, and he delivered everything. If there was a problem, he fixed it right away.

Matt is very pragmatic about what works and what doesn't. I trust him to do the work, and he is pretty fair about his approach. He gets things done. Initially I had him do a smaller project because of my bad experience previously, so I ended up doing the project over 3 or 4 stages. I will probably call him again later in February to get more work done.

I know that Surreal Systems stands behind their work. The most important thing is that they have some pretty good experience. As a customer you can utilize it as they will give upfront guidance. Matt is pretty upfront about what works and what doesn't, which is very important when buying leading-edge technology.

Because of my previous bad experience I ended up with a lot of equipment we didn't need, which was a waste. It could have bee prevented by having someone, like Matt, to provide the right guidance from the beginning.
