Surreal Systems came out, evaluated the situation, and made good recommendations. They were timely in their delivery and in setting up the appointment. They also sent a follow up letter to confirm what we discussed before they did the work.

When Surreal Systems did the work they were very clean. They set up our TV, surround sound, and a universal remote, which is the best thing ever. When they left I didn't even have to vacuum the carpet. It looked fantastic, and they sent a thank-you follow up email. They were completely first rate.
