Surreal Systems, Inc. is very thorough. They asked a lot of questions and came up with many ideas to meet my needs. They analyzed the type of equipment needed to achieve what I was looking for in the design of my media room. They were also very professional and when they came to install the system they showed me how everything worked. They spent as much time with me as I needed, answered all my questions, and by the time they left I felt very confident about operating the system. I am very pleased.
