I have a Saab, and not too many people service Saabs. I was actually referred to Aaron by another friend who had worked on my car but was moving. Aaron was just getting started at that point, and had only been in business for about a year. He has been able to help me out with my car without charging me dealership prices.

Everyone at Rx Automotive Repair is always friendly, and they are really good guys. If something didn't turn out right, Aaron always makes sure to make it right. I am appreciative of that. The work usually turns out fine; they do a good job.

Rx Automotive has a really personal atmosphere. It is a small shop, and you get to know everyone. It's not like walking into a dealership and just waiting. You get to meet the owner, and Aaron talks to you about what is going on with the car. Everything is documented and passed on to the right place. If something doesn't get done, it is easy for Aaron to look at his notes and see what is going on.
