Yorba Linda Auto has always been excellent. I had a Honda that I owned for 5 years, and I took it to them the entire time I owned it. They were great with me. If I had been a more conscientious car owner the car would have lasted longer.

Yorba Linda Auto has always been upfront about how the car is doing and what it will need. They are not just out to get a better bill from their customers. They get their customers to be pro-active by telling everyone what is coming up the future in terms of repairs so that people can budget accordingly. If the bill is too high, or the customer can't do everything, they always outline which parts don't need to be taken care of immediately.

They really are open about what the vehicle needs. It is going to be hard for people to find a shop that is as reputable and transparent about the work they are doing as Yorba Linda. They are always in contact with the customer and won't do anything without authorization. They will call and say what the car needs and why.

Anyone who has a Honda in my family takes it to them. As a family we have been using them for 8 or 9 years.
