I have been using Wilderness Auto Service for 7 or 8 years. They are very good about scheduling appointments, and I can always get in when I need my vehicle serviced. Also, they are very good about checking with me before doing any additional repairs they might encounter. And, I think their pricing is competitive. In general, they are just friendly and their customer service is pretty good.

I have mostly gone to them for maintenance work but I also had them do some minor engine work. I had the alternator replaced and they did some trouble-shooting on an electrical problem. I think they are very knowledgeable and I really appreciate it that if they run into something outside of their expertise, they will refer me elsewhere. That has only happened once, but they recommended I go elsewhere as opposed to just doing something they were not as prepared to do. I appreciated that.
