The bottom line, I will never use anyone but Audio 2000. I recognize that the business they are in is always challenging. So, sometimes working with them can be challenging, but they always strive to make things right. At the end of the day, that is what you want.

I am pretty methodical and organized, and I will lay out a path, but things never seem to happen the way I plan. Sometimes that can be frustrating, but if there is ever a problem, they always make it right. They come right back and fix it, even if they have to come back again. They do not nickel and dime you. They have great ethics, and I refer them to people all the time. I just them to be prepared to be actively involved in the process.
