He knows his customer and his customer's car very well. The service is very personalized. I have been there 2 or 3 years and the repairs have always been fine. There was a time when he knew something was wrong and that it was still under warranty. He advised that I go fix it with the warranty, which I did, and he was exactly right in his diagnosis.
