First, a fellow named David from Cook's Fence & Iron Co Inc. was the one who came out to make the estimate and the administrative work. I spoke to him on the phone and was very thorough, came up with a contract proposal and did exactly what I wanted. David, then, sent a team to do the work and deliver the fencing. They did a good job, especially another fellow (white hair) who had to come back twice and he was so good and dedicated!
