The employees at RPM have a customer service ethic that I thought had died. Their patience with the most basic of questions was so welcome given the stress of the circumstances. The concept of sending out emails giving the status of the work was what clinched it for me. The vehicle was delivered clean, intact and looking like nothing ever happened.
