We hired AAA to install our new furnace three years ago, based on BBB ratings and interviews with numerous highly rated companies. We were very happy with the product and installation. Since then, we have had annual service performed by AAA. This year, Rocky was our technician. He arrived right on time, was pleasant and efficient, and gave me lots of useful feedback on the condition of our HVAC equipment.
