Once he got here.....
I was given a 1-4 pm window for furnace service. I heard NOTHING from AAA until the GREAT technician showed up at 4:30!! Please fix your dispatch system to also keep the customers in the loop. My time is valuable too.
Rocky was great and communicated my displeasure. I was given a discount off my service. I appreciated that.
