Everybody from Capital Heating & Cooling was really friendly, and I was really glad the work was done the way it was done. The heat element on my furnace broke and when I had their representative come over, I found out that the whole furnace needed to be replaced--and that's what I had done. The people I met, I liked them all.

We had discussed the options and the price and then, about a week later, the furnace completely stopped working. I called them on Thursday and they asked if I could pay half on Friday, which I did. They had people working on Saturday to install it, and then I paid the rest. I liked that they were able to come in two days to put in a new furnace because I was without heat.

During the installation the supervisor, the installer, and also the electrician came. I was very happy that they were able to make it on a Saturday. And, the price was comparable to everything else and other quotes; the price was good and it came with a warranty. The men from Capital Heating & Cooling were really friendly and answered my questions, and the supervisor was really nice.
