YES - carpet was clean before and after visit
All work was done to my satisfaction. I had to work so my brother met the tech and let him in the home. I received a call at work to approve entrance and received another call to approve the work once a solution to the problem was determined. When they left, my carpet was spotless. Thanks for wearing protective shoe coverings and getting my approval before doing the work.
