I have been using Capital Heating & Cooling to be the maintenance company for my furnace and they are great. They arrive when they say they are going to be here and do their maintenance review in a quick amount of time. Whenever it needs repairs, they are great about getting them in a fashionable amount of time. Simply put, they are an honest company, that cleans up after themselves, and I don't feel like they are trying to $@!#% me around into purchasing things I don't need. The costs are reasonable and I really recommend them.
