Capital Heating & Cooling March 13, 2015

Our furnace duct cleaning was completed by Paul Kickhaber. He is a fine young man. Paul arrived on time and works well alone, is organized, and completes his tasks by putting the house back the way he found it.

Paul was clean and respected our property. I inspected the supply and return pipes and airways which were very clean.

The only regret Darlene had was the lack of a set of ‘before and after’ pictures. Paul did down load a few pictures from his phone which were hit and miss.

Our neighbors and relatives were interested and we thought we would get a set of pictures for ‘Show and Tell’. It is a great marketing tool.

I was in sales and word of mouth sales out numbered advertised or cold calls.

We want to thank Paul for a job professionally done.
