The A/C compressor would not fire-up. Technician checked compressor wiring; hooked up voltmeter and found low voltage in the 24V circuit. Proceeded to the Furnace, removed the front panels and found a wire disconnected in the circuit panel. We will certainly contract Krane for future furnace servicing!
