I called Krane about installing two new whole house humidifiers to replace my 18 yr old units. They answered all my questions (and I ask a lot!) and ultimately did a great job installing the new units, which are quieter and more efficient than my old ones. The price was very reasonable (I do my homework) and the whole experience was really quite painless. I will definitely call them again whenever I need HVAC work!
