My husband saw a car at R&B Auto Center and wanted me to take a look at it. I checked it out, and then went to other dealers for price comparisons on cars comparable in years and mileage. R&B Auto Center had the best price going.

They were very helpful about making a plan that was affordable to me so that I knew I could make the payments. This was the second time I have used them; the first time was in the mid 1980s.

There is one issue that I have to go back to take care of. R&B Auto Center told me that I could have my key copied at any location for spares. I have gone to 4 different key vendors and they have told me that because there is a chip in the key I need to take it to the dealer. I need to go back and ask if they can help compensate the cost of doing that.

I also haven't received a copy of the certification check list. So I need to have a followup and ask for that again.
