Very disappointed with our service. Unprofessional. Called 2 weeks in a row to reschedule both times 30 minutes before arrival. On line said free estimates of water heater to evaluate if it is working properly and now I am told BC there is a waived fee of 39.00 they are on a first come first serve basis and that they can't make it yet again BC of the technicians in the area. Not happy ! Will not reccomend to anyone I know.
