I called Kevin Jones Chem Dry after a "doggy-emergency". A friend had recommended. They were very helpful and accommodating. The tech cleaned 2 rooms and our stairs. He even worked on spots in the room that were there previous to our doggy problem. He did a great job. Our carpets look great. No signs of the problems and all other spots are gone.
