He gives excellent customer service, he's EXTREMELY upfront and honest about pricing, the quote he gave me was the quote I was billed, which I appreciate. He thanks you for your business and admits that nobody's perfect, he actively seeks to get your feedback. I really thought this was an unbelievable experience for a mechanic. I've been there twice and each time I saw three repeat customers.
