I have previously used this company and was pleased with former service. However, this time I was not very happy with the cleaning outcome. I had my carpeted stairs cleaned and they looked just as dirty afterwards. I also had two area rugs cleaned and found several spots remaining.
I used a store bought cleaning solution afterwards and the spots came right out. Very
disappointed and probably will not use this company again.
