As a recent divorcee, car care is all new to me. I went to Culver Automotive for the first time to get a smog check and some other work, and I saw letters from their customers on the walls. They were from people thanking them. It made a big impression on me that people were moved to write to them. Not only did I get my brakes fixed and a tire alignment, they also gave me a loaner car, which I never expected. It meant I could go to work without having to inconvenience anybody. It was free of charge. I never expected that from an auto repair shop.

I found Dimitris to be helpful and not patronizing, which I appreciated. My car is running smoothly, and I feel like if I had to take it back, I would not get the run around or any fuss. It was a very pleasing and reassuring experience.
