Manning's Paint & Body Shop gets a six out of five. They're the best. I recommend them to anybody who asks me for an auto shop.

First off, they're very personable. If you call and talk to them, they will answer your questions and make you feel like they're serving you, not themselves. Their customer service is phenomenal.

Second, they only fix and recommend to you what they know your car needs.
I wasn't used to that with other places, which will try to get you to buy more than you need sometimes. I live in Louisville, and Manning's Paint & Body are real down-home guys.

Third has to do with the owner Joe Manning. I'm a pastor at a church his church in town, and I didn't know that at first. Joe's a very honest person. And when I realized his church, it all made sense because I know how he's an honest Christian man. Even Lisa, the front receptionist, is phenomenal. They all call me by name and do very honest, great work that goes beyond the call of duty.
