Ridiculously Bad Service
Standard TV and Appliance has set a new standard for incomprehensibly bad service, unfriendly, accusatory and demeaning customer interactions, and just outright bafflingly poor coordination for installing a new oven in our home.
Words cannot describe the frustrations we've had with their Beaverton office over the last THREE months, interacting with their sales force, installers, appointed sub-contractors and management, and after 10 separate visits to our home, our oven is still not installed.
When the manager of the store makes a house call, and hands you $40 in cash as a misdirected and awkward attempt at apologizing for the cumulative clusterf**k his team has caused, you have to wonder if you'43 in the Twilight Zone.
If you have a choice, STEER CLEAR of Standard TV & Appliance on Hall Boulevard. If you don't have a choice, double the dose of your anti-depression medication and your blood pressure medication, and start meditating. You're going to need it!
