Customer service - no consequences
I had mistakenly talked to William at the 82nd St location, we live in Tigard. My fault, so when we went into the Beaverton location I asked for him and got another person. After that was squared away, I have to say it was a good thing I knew what I wanted and William had been so helpful because the "Bill" at the Beaverton store was awful. To make matters worse, delivery was supposed to be Tuesday, but when I reviewed the receipt I called to make sure. Sure enough, Bill had put down the wrong date and the cashier didn't change it. Now Wednesday is our day and there will not be any adjustment made. So for their error, I am the one who suffers. Won't go to the Beaverton store again.
