Poor Service

I am giving 1 star for service because you can't give a 0 star. I bought a Samsung Side by Side back in October of 2012. The fridge side stopped working in February of 2015. I called to get service out. They came out a couple of days later. When inspecting the fridge they broke the inside back of the fridge. They told me they would e-mail all the things wrong with the fridge and what they would do to fix it. It is now two and a half weeks later and I still have not received the e-mail. They also told me it would be a week to get all the parts ordered before they would come out to fix it. After a week and a half had passed since the initial service man came out to look at the fridge I had not got a call to schedule the follow up appointment to get the fridge fixed so I called them. When I called them they came to the realization that they had all the parts needed for the repair and would be willing to schedule a repair time (ended up being another three days, for a total of two weeks from the initial visit). As I was putting all the shelves back in I realized that the freezer back inside wall had gotten cracked in the repair. I called service again to get it fixed. The earliest they were willing to come look at it, not fix it was another four days out. They were not willing to bring the parts out to fix it at that time so that means another appointment will be required to fix it. As you can see Standard TV and Appliance is in no hurry to get warrantied appliance fixed. Standard TV and Appliance also does not follow through with promises. Standard TV and Appliance does not communicate with the customer. The customer is required to guess when the parts arrive and take the initiative to schedule the appointment. When Standard TV and Appliance does make repairs they don't fix it completly and require you to schedule at the minimum another two appoitnments and wait another week.
