I went into the store today thinking I was going to buy a dishwasher and get 24 months int free financing. So I bought it got the financing then found out it's only for 12 months on dishwashers and that's only if they are 599.00 and above. I showed the commercial to the head man by the name of Keith and he was a $@!#% and said it say it in small writing at the end of the commercial that the 24 months free financing is only on mattresses on 999.00 and above. Well I've watched the commericial about 20 times now and it never even says that at the end. It only says mattresses are 999.00 and up. See store for details. It says not one thing about the mattresses being the only things that are 24 months free financing. Terrible customer service, I cancelled my order and before leaving I showed the video to a family in the store and they also said it is very deceiving and they left. I will be taking my business elsewhere as I hope other customers do also once they find out what this store does to get you into their store.
