Our washing machine was delivered by Kevin and Tyler who arrived when they said they would, helped me remove the railing to our narrow basement and installed the washer super quick. They even notified me of a small (nickel sized) dent that happened before it came to me which could have gone unnoticed. I would recommend Standard and their sales (Cindy was excellent as well) and delivery people- not pushy, matched prices, very knowledgable and customer service oriented.
