Robert called ahead of time and informed me about the heavy traffic (it was snowing) causing a delay. He still arrived within the window announced. He was very thorough and checked the furnace and informed me what he was doing and why. I learnt so much about my furnace! He gave some tips about what I can do to maintain the furnace too.
