When my mom was in the assisted living part of Pitman, the service was great. However, since moving her up to the acute care floor, the service has gone downhill. The people there are very nice but when we call, often times it's very hard to get an answer. The phone will ring and ring or we get disconnected. We have also had issues lately with missing glasses and no one has been able to help us find them, or get her new ones. She has been without glasses for 5 weeks now and I feel that is unacceptable. They are good people but the service lately has been lacking.
