Purchased voucher from Half Off Depot and Big Tex refuses to honor the voucher. They offered to do the job if I paid AGAIN the same amount I paid for the voucher. They stated they were not getting paid from Half Off Depot, yet the vouchers are still being sold 2 months later. Unprofessional attitude when I called. Sounded very angry that I even called. Half Off Depot said they are looking into problem but my voucher will soon expire. I am not sure I would like someone working on my car who was so ANGRY about the issue of using the vouchers.
