This was my first time having to file a claim with my insurer. Van Horn Hyundai was a direct repair shop with my insurer. Working with Crystal was a pleasure start to finish. She was professional and efficient and made the process easier than I imagined it would be. Hoping I don't have to do this again any time soon.
