From the get-go Monona Plumbing & Fire Protection was upfront. The serviceman kept the appointment and was early, so everything worked out fine. He repaired a leaking faucet in the kitchen and cleaned up after himself. The pricing was very workable and fair. There weren't really any surprises, was fairly upfront and easy to work with.
