I remember Monona Plumbing & Fire Protection because years ago I had a huge problem in my basement. They were one of the few places that called back right away and had prompt service. Since then, I have called them a couple times. They are always prompt. The plumber is very nice and answers all of my questions. I have recommended them to a couple of people before. I also did some remodeling recently and I was worried about problems I might have. He fixed some of those problems and he even checked out the basement to make sure there was no lead because my house is very old. He was very nice about doing a little extra work. Overall, they have very excellent service.
