I had a problem with my refrigerator leaking, so I looked online and called several places. My Appliance Tech was the only company to call back immediately. They told me what a service call would cost and they offered to come out that day, but I set up an appointment for the following day. They showed up right when they promised and the technician even called me on the way. He was fabulous. He explained the possible causes and even went over how to prevent it in the future. I was very impressed.

As it turns out, the defroster fan went out, so the inside was freezing over, and it would then stop working and melt all over the floor. The technician identified the problem and gave me price in ten minutes. He happened to have the part on hand, and he took 30 minutes to finish the job. He did a wonderful job. He gave me tips like moving the refrigerator away from the wall to allow air to circulate. I was impressed with how much he knew and how willing he was to help.
